About Grad-Tracker
Grad-Tracker is built by Cognify Works to help colleges and universities understand where their graduates go, without the spreadsheets.
01
Our mission
Give every institution an accurate, explainable picture of graduate outcomes, and the tools to keep alumni engaged long after graduation.
02
How we build
We design for the way outcomes work actually happens at a university: distributed across departments, reviewed before it's reported, and accountable to leadership and accreditors.
03
Who we work with
Career services, institutional research and academic leaders who want reporting they can stand behind.
