Why Grad-Tracker
Outcomes reporting shouldn't be a spring scramble
Most institutions collect graduate outcomes the hard way. Grad-Tracker replaces the patchwork with one reviewed source of truth.
Spreadsheets that never agree
Outcome data lives in survey exports, LinkedIn notes and a dozen department files. Every report starts with reconciling them.
Response rates that stall
One survey email goes out, a fraction of graduates answer, and staff spend weeks chasing the rest by hand.
Numbers nobody can trace
When leadership or an accreditor asks where a figure came from, there is no history of who changed what, or when.
How it works
From survey to board-ready report
Step 1
Collect
Import your alumni, then send first-destination and follow-up surveys from templates. Graduates answer from a secure link.
Step 2
Review
Responses land in a review queue. Staff approve them before anything changes a record, so bad data never reaches a report.
Step 3
Report
Career status, analytics and executive reports by program and cohort, with every change recorded and exportable.
Step 4
Engage
Keep graduates connected with campaigns, mentorship and a job board, all in the same platform.
The platform
Everything your outcomes team needs, in one place
Start with outcomes and surveys. Turn on engagement modules when you're ready.
Alumni outcomes
One record per graduate with a dated outcome timeline: employer, role, industry, graduate school and licensure.
Outcome surveys
First-destination and check-in surveys from reusable templates. Alumni answer from a secure link, no account needed, and follow-up rules nudge non-responders on a schedule.
Email campaigns
Branded alumni emails with open and click tracking, RSVPs and one-click unsubscribe.
Mentorship
Match alumni mentors with students, schedule check-ins and track what each program achieves.
Career opportunities
Post jobs and opportunities to an alumni portal and keep listings current.
Reports and exports
Career status, executive summary and analytics reports, filterable by program and cohort, with CSV export.
Custom fields
Capture the extra data points your programs and accreditors ask for, and report on them.
Giving
Giving pages for a department, fund or event. Gifts go straight to your own Stripe account, with no percentage taken, and export for your foundation's gift processing.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Grad-Tracker?
Grad-Tracker is a web platform for colleges and universities to collect and report graduate outcomes. It combines first-destination and follow-up surveys, a reviewed alumni outcomes record, reporting, and optional engagement tools such as email campaigns, mentorship and a job board.
Who uses Grad-Tracker?
Career services, institutional research, academic departments and alumni relations teams. Each team works in the same platform but sees only the programs it is responsible for.
How do you keep outcome data accurate?
Survey responses go to a review queue first. Staff approve them before they update an alumni record, and every change is recorded with who made it and when, so reported numbers can always be traced.
Can we import the alumni data we already have?
Yes. You can import alumni lists from a CSV file with validation, then keep records current through surveys and staff updates.
Can different departments see only their own graduates?
Yes. Access is scoped by department and by role, from read-only viewers to department and institution administrators.
Where is our data hosted?
On Microsoft Azure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each institution's data is kept separate from every other institution's.
